Recent years have seen a huge increase in the numbers of people with an autism diagnosis, and research in the field is moving fast. Currently over 200,000 people in the UK are waiting for an assessment. NHS GP Dr Claire Taylor updates her knowledge so she can better support her patients and help answer the question so often asked: Are You Autistic?
Dr Claire meets scientists whose work is transforming understanding of autism, as well as autistic people whose lived experiences provide insight into the question. They explain what traits they noticed in themselves, and how understanding them has changed their lives.
Autistic scientist Dr Hannah Belcher’s work challenges the stereotype that autistic people are mostly boys and men obsessed with maths. Meanwhile, difficulties with social communication and interaction are key autistic traits. Dr Claire gains a greater understanding in a gallery filled with cartoon drawings. Autistic creatives Sean and Alex have different interpretations of the ‘funny’ cartoons from Dr Claire’s; she explores why.

I think Asperger's Syndrome is probably fairly common around multimedia sharing sites. I think I have a different diagnosis, but I might be on the spectrum...

Couldn't possibly have anything to do with big pharma's desperate need to cover up the vaccine damage epidemic by diluting the definition of autism to the point that it's now hip and trendy.
Fuck their spectra. They want your money and they'll ruin your life to get it.

Spectrum
I am on the spectrum and it has more down sides than positive and I have heard others say the same- and yes it started after I got 3 of those mmr vaccines about 53 years ago, think was like 2 years old or younger then. The mouth full of mercury amalgams, fluoride and lead intake from a few different sources + breach forceps. Was 5 years on the Methadone program as a result of self relief that was a living hell coming off those liquid handcuffs. Take lots of supplements and eat organic and rarely take any medication= i gave up on the big pharma witch doctors 20 years ago- would like to see more of the NWO pay for their crimes soon, as most of them have got away with evil at this point.

I had a bad reaction to the MMR and I score high on the spectrum and am not emotionally capable of functional relationships.
My younger brother didn't get it. He's married with kids.
btw I did reverse my autism a little with homeopathy. Worth looking into.
I got diagnosed
a few years ago. i wasn't bothered or upset it just put things in perspective and explained a few of my erm.. "foibles" lol
