Drugs were decriminalized here, at least for a year or two, and several mushroom shops popped up in Vancouver. I managed to get a bunch before the cops started to shut them down again.
The way they do it in therapy is that you take a fairly high dose, upwards of 5 dried grams, and you lie down with eye shades on and headphones on, with a carefully constructed music playlist of 4-5 hours - and it's just an inward trip, like you're dreaming. Any psychedelics under 2 grams, and walking around with friends at a party, apparently doesn't really count! lol
