A failed upgrade has shut down the web site, again!!

The last time it was a PHP upgrade that broke Drupal. This time it was the operating system that choked during an upgrade.

The tracker is down but will be replaced with a much better one.

Please be patient while the hamsters use this crisis as an opportunity to replace the ancient Drupal 7 interface with a much better one. This will take at least a week.
