BTW
This DVD9 is sitting on my seedbox, and I am too lazy to rip it to some sort of HD and/or x265 .mkv file. Back when I really ripped DVDs, they were always encoded to DiVX or Xvid .avi videos! :S LOL The good old days...
But yeah, if you have a way to encode .VOB, some people here may want those. This looks like it would be more than welcome here!
I ripped it
I used makemkv to convert the VOBs to mkv and then ffmpeg.
This is the way, you get problems using ffmpeg on VOBs.
Awesome, thanks! :D
Awesome, thanks! :D
I suppose that...
... this community is already well aware of the racket that is all the climate BS.
No ?

I think the documentary in this torrent speaks to your question perfectly. It more or less dissects the climate change argument put forth by Al Gore etc.
I never really got my information about climate change from Al Gore specifically. But more from watching nature documentaries like from David Attenborough, and seeing and hearing the evidence of some sort of dramatic change in climate globally, and all of the scientific information from legitimate academics and scientists, not just Al Gore, but people who have really looked deeply into the problem. It's in the decades of nature documentaries and science where you can see the actual changes worldwide, and how dramtically they have changed in recent decades (like right now). I am a rare minority in the conspiracy community who actually "believes" in climate change science. Most here are totally against that position and offer varied responses as to why they think the way they do.
I have seen people like Joe Rogan roasting guests for not believing in climate change, to seeing Rogan interview Donald Trump and not asking a single question about it whatsoever, or at least not grilling him alive about it, like he has done to prior guests on his podcast. And now that Rogan has drunk the kool-aid, he's never going to mention the subject ever again, probably! Gotta love it (no balls, who would have thought that of Joe Rogan!).
And it's not just climate stuff, but just general human-caused problems like pollution, deforestation, poaching, over-fishing, industrial agriculture, human overpopulation etc etc etc etc etc etc etc...
But to your point, ttsoares, that you usually bring up here - we need the alternative energy technologies to solve the problem. A new scientific paradigm and new wondrous technologies - I agree with you, and that there has been a violent supression of this science and technology for over 100 years. It's true, and that's proven. But even if the technology came out tomorrow, it would still be too little, too late, I'm afraid... We'll have to time travel to another timeline to make it work!
