Surely there would be a discovery stage where his tests would be admitted into evidence.
But perhaps there is some quirky French law where it doesn’t matter that he’s a bloke, saying he’s a bloke is bullying. IDK.
I think the argument is fair that a fighter with XY chromosomes has an unfair advantage due to thicker, heavier bones , strength etc.
This might well be the court case that could re-level the playing field for women's sports.
I really do think that both Musk and Rowling have the ability to outspend the prosecution, expert witnesses and the IBA decision along with it's supporting evidence and experts might just do the trick.
IF it ever gets to court
