This is fictional, a comedy show. Where a female (Diane Morgan) plays Philomena Cunk, a total fucking dumbass much like Ali G. Started as a bit in Charlie Brookers Screen wipe/weekly wipe/TV wipe/yearly wipe/election wipe.

it's a comedy bit that went from a bit to having a slew of small series that are satire pure and simple. As fiction it really shouldn't be here.
