I forgot I had this one bookmarked, I was going to upload it. From the sounds of it, I get the general impression the documentary is trying to say that the entire "Satanic Panic" phenomenon of the 1980s was all based on this one woman's erroneous recovered memories of Satanic Ritual Abuse. I am not sure I can believe that - it seems more likely that there was and is a genuine phenomenon...

...and say the truth is likely in the middle. There certainly was a wave of hysteria generated by sleazy talk shows and tabloids. It lasted for years.

False memories are routinely created by psychologists abusing hypnotism. Recent research into how memory works demonstrates it's quite easy to distort or create entirely new memories.

However, there always have and always will be mentally ill people doing sick things. They'll hear voices they assume are from their version of a devil, commanding them to do unspeakable things. It's a sad reality that our subconscious brain is always generating thoughts, some of which are crazy. Normal people filter it out before it gets to our conscious mind. SSRIs seem to short circuit that process. I have a relative who is constantly thinking of crazy shit but manages to label them appropriately. It must be mentally exhausting to have to fight one's own mind all the time...

There are creepy psychotic power hungry people who will do anything to get an "edge" over their "competition", including trying to tap the power of Satan/Lucifer.

Then there is the good old CIA and other intel agencies, as well as organized crime, that love to ensnare others into doing crazy shit which they use to blackmail them.

All the Satanic Panic idiocy was created by the same dullard who claimed they'd researched Alistair Crowley and hence used the quote

"Do what thou Wilt..." - ie: chaos and anarchy

When in fact the Golden Dawn collective etc tried to pass on te correction - that it was a quote including:

"LOVE - and do what thou wilt..." - which makes a cosmic difference.

erm.. that's not the full quote at all. even this is abridges at the relevant parts are not straight after each other.
"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law..... Love is the law, love under will...... There is no law beyond Do what thou wilt.” -The Book of the Law, Aleister Crowley (1904)".

I just wonder what the Satanic secret societies have really been doing in private. I know Aleister Crowley wrote poems and stuff like that, but overall I had just assumed he was a mentally defective psychopath who had more than once proclaimed that he wanted to "commit the most unforgivable sin". When a public figure is both out in the open, and also part of a secret society, there is usually a massive discrepancy between the two things.

I suspect that there really is a global Satanic secret society that really does do horrible things like human and animal sacrifices, worshipping of deviant sexually perverted behaviours etc - and it's connected to a criminal organization that is ultimately in bed with certain aspects of covert military operations, that we have heard of in the past like the infamous "Iran Contra" scandal (cocaine, heroin trafficking, weapon trafficking and funding both sides of certain wars/conflicts worldwide).

The point I made remains intact whether you add more claimed Crowley words onto it or not.

"Do what thou wilt" ---> phrase to make idiots assume idiotic things

"LOVE - and do what thou wilt" ---> makes it difficult to exagerrate evil nastiness from this simple addition...

It's 2024 - only 7 years till full scale contact and communication - let's all be friends...
