To be honest for a VHS rip I don't see much benefit to the ISO.
When things have been carefully mastered direct to DVD, you certainly lose quality when converting to MP4 or AVI. But in this case the DVD will be of higher quality than the VHS and the MP4 probably will be also.
400MB/hour is probably good enough, depending on the resolution.
Yeah, that's why I held off seeding the ISO's.
The MP4's are just about as good in video quality. Lorraine day is indeed cool. She was in her 60's when these were produced. I believe she's in her 80's now and is still very active and very vocal about truth in medicine. She's on Rumble.com a lot and does interviews with other video producers. She's a real spitfire for sure.
