In Portrait of a Narcissist, Richard Grannon gives us insight into the psychology of Narcissists, how technology and social media are a product of a growing trend of narcissism in everyday people and whether Narcissists are born or made. Using films as a metaphor, he shows us how Narcissists operate in romantic relationships and the detrimental impacts that can have upon their partner. To summarise, he details the consequences of Narcissistic relationships on victims and how we all could benefit from rejecting narcissistic behaviours and connecting more with spirituality as opposed to materialism/consumerism/self-centredness.
