dunno why, apart from the dramatic suspense angle, that they dragged out mention of Portugal.
It's not a big secret really. There's the whole bloodline thing and that fuck awful piece on the Kings Seal..... it made my eyes roll a bit to be honest. the usual mental gymnastics to get a grail related thing in it. "Portu U gral" "por tu u gral" doesn't mean what Mr silva thinks it means. Talked this over with my ex who is Portugese. Sent her a clip of him explaining and she laughed.
Also their use of the so called "cathar Cross". The Cathars never used it as far as i have read, it's a relatively modern invention.
They also strangely mention the "gnostics" as if the Cathers were something else. they very much were gnostics. the cross used these days for Cathars was/is used by the family of St-Gilles, Counts of Toulouse known as the Cross of Toulouse and has it's origin before the Cathars. It's certainly from and designates thge area but was never a Cathar "thing" as such.

The cross is more accurately described as a crusader cross but it isn't a crusader invention. variations of it go back a long time.
Would it surprise me that The knights of christ (Christ Miltia)with former Templars had been? not remotely surprised

I'd be interested to see what she has to say about malta. i'll be splitting my time between Malta and Scotland, have been there loads and when i am there i stay with a huge history nerd. So when it's out I'll take it over to show him.
and if when she goes to the UK and it's Scotland she comes to... and it's those fucking graves in the western idles then they are not templars. they are not clothes correctly and are and always have been known to have been more local than the templars wearing different garb and swords and she claims they are..
