Many of us are aging faster than we should be. In a unique experiment, three volunteers are put to the test to reveal who is aging badly and what can be done to stop it
Because of our lifestyles, many of us are aging faster than we should be. Scientists now know that we have two ages — our birth age and our real body age — a reflection of how we’re aging on the inside. In Reversing Your Body Clock, three volunteers discover if they are aging badly and what can be done to stop it.
Over the course of three months, the volunteers are put through a variety of tests and placed on a lifestyle plan to turn back the clock on aging. But will it work? Can they reverse their body clock? 51-year-old Patrick Luckie sees for himself how much damage his diet is doing to his heart. 54-year-old Harminda Balla looks for a way to overcome chronic stress. And 47-year-old Jenifer Tutty uses a radical new technique to cure her insomnia.
