The World's Worst Sex Change Surgeon

Here's something horrible for y'all.

This is a documentary about [color=#00AF64]Jim Brown, a notorious and illegal sex change surgeon who operated out of his home and garage amongst other places. In America, he flunked the oral part of his plastic surgery test but why should that stop a macabre dream? In the 70's and 80's, he gave transsexual patients sexual organ operations for reasonable prices (in Mexico).

When Butcher Brown was initially being questioned by the police, they took a break and he simply walked out and vanished. They went to his home to find blood on file cabinets, blood on towels he was trying to bleach and blood on an unpleasant looking couch pictured here.

Like Jack Kevorkian, Brown believed he was doing a justified practice. Sex change operations were frowned upon and few had licenses. According to a lady interviewed, you can make it bigger, you can make it smaller but you can't cut it off. Where a normal man would fail to commit to the operation, Brown however excelled in this area, as he could.

Oh.. and he kind of murdered somebody.
