==========Synopsis=======================================

This is the Official Apache County, AZ Autopsy of
Milton William Cooper.

==========Comment==========================================

1) William Cooper been accused of being a heavy drinker (a drunk).

In this autopsy report, his liver's description is consistent
with at least some cirrhosis. And, in his case is likely alcohol
related.

The word "cirrhosis" derives from Greek ??????, meaning tawny
(the orange-yellow colour of the diseased liver). While the
clinical entity was known before, it was René Laennec who gave
it the name "cirrhosis" in his 1819 work in which he also
describes the stethoscope.

2) Some say he was ambushed, then executed. And that the official
report of the events of that day were manipulated to have the
desired impression and affect on the general populace.

William Cooper was certainly executed by a shot to the head at
near point blank range 12-18 inches (item 4) below)
consistent with someone standing over him. As proof,
"Gunpowder Stippling" was mentioned to be present on a head
wound at autopsy.

Stippling:

Shot geometry and effect on wounds from Increasing Distance:

1) bullet a large central hole with scalloped margins.

2) bullet smaller satellite defects due to individual pellets
striking the skin and penetrating it (each defect has an abrasion collar).

3) bullet an increasingly smaller central defect as the distance
increases.

4) bullet a shot fired from over 2 feet from the victim is unlikely to cause stippling.
