==========Synopsis======================================

This William Cooper critique of the now infamous, Orson Wells,
War of the Worlds broadcast, which aired on October 30, 1938
(Halloween), is probably the latest and most definitive evidence
of Bill's position on the topic of UFOs in his later years.
Believing then, that alien threat scenarios were by and large
government psi-ops (Psychological Operations) implemented as
just one of many options used to help further their agenda for
totalitarian, socialistic, world government.

Bill's ability to change his position and opinion on any given
topic when new evidence supports it has earned him much
respect as a man trying to be honest and sincere, if not always
correct. So too, however, it has also caused much consternation
among many in the various UFO disciplines who considered his
earlier positions and proofs on UFOs as cornerstones of their
beliefs. As such, it's earned him their vociferously outspoken
hatred and derision that continues to this present day.
