William Cooper - Wembley Speech - January 9-10, 1993

Description:
This is the lecture Bill gave to Global Deception Conference held in Wembley Arena Conference Centre, London in January 1993.

Also included is Hour of the Time episode #27 which is about his trip to England and the speech he gave there.

Notes on this compilation:

The video file.
The video file has been left in the XVID/AVI format for highest compatibility but the video has been reduced in size 50% to 640x360.

Running time remains the same at 2hrs 45 min.

The video audio is unchanged at 128kb/s x 44Hz.

The video audio remains a little low in volume (as per the original), but I don't want to be here all day. Thx.

The audio file
The Hour of the Time audio file has been re-coded at 40kb/s, the two brief musical interludes have been removed (no doubt much to Bill's chagrin) and the outro music has been shortened. Running time is now 53 minutes and the sound quality, as before, is good.

Note also that I've changed both filenames to suit my own needs and corrected the spelling of Wembley (because I'm a pedant).

For those who might be interested, I used FormatFactory with the "50%" output setting to convert the vid.

FormatFactory is a FREE, easy to use and regularly updated Windows app which works very nearly flawlessly under Linux & Wine, for those of us who partake in such things. I've always found it to have outstanding error handling too, in that it's often been the ONLY app that's been able to process certain vids properly.
