Weird Post-War New World Map (1942)

Have a look at this strange map of 1942 outlining the post war new world order. Something is very wrong here to say the least. It says there: United States of Europe, Canada belongs to the United States of America - and Switzerland borders the USSR. West-Germany and Austria have both been absorbed by the USSR. It doesn't make any sense at all. This old map may hint at the new world order intended by the elite after world war three. I don't even know how this map got on my computer.
