I hate to brake it to you, but this is a low quality video.

With low quality, I mean the original was 27.5 kbit/s video bitrate, and the audio a whopping 6500 bit/s @ 8000 Hz, so I encoded it to a regular container format with high encoding settings to ensure nowadays players will play the video.
