This report is published annually by the DOD, and lets you know what's going to have large holes blown into it, or be riddled with lots of little holes. It also lets you know what areas the DOD thinks they can use, this year, to further militarize every aspect of life on this planet - It's basically little booklet that explains how the malignancy of American imperialism is going to metastasize.
