Who is liable for the NAME?

The whole idea behind this remedy is that we are the ones causing the controversy by claiming to own the name on the birth certificate, ssn, etc.

When we go to court and identify as the name we are claiming ownership that name, and therefore guilty the second we identify as the name because the government thinks they're in control of the name. It's all smoke and mirrors after that...

How about learning how to not go into dishonor and not claim the name?
