A guide to encoding your TV shows into XviD encoded .avi files ready for upload. This is a version 2.1 which now includes a full DVD extraction guide to enable you to backup those DVDs. The guide contains a well laid out and detailed method of ripping large MPEG files into a format suitable for uploading. The guide explains step by step what to do and includes many images to show the steps needed.

It also lists the software needed which is mainly Freeware plus there are some additional items needed and are readily available on many other torrent sites.
