I quit Canada (a corporation registered with the S.E.C. in Washington D.C.) and am now a Freeman on the Land, free of all statutory regulation including but not limited to the Canadian Criminal Code and the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.

This is a video to prove that I will stand up for my rights, and I hope it empowers others to do the same. We are peaceful, loving, children of God. I would like to thank the London Police for being so peaceful and understanding, although some in their group seem to be quite the opposite, we do not let it reflect onto the rest of them. We have been harassed a lot unfortanutely, even though we are doing this for everyone on this great Earth, and they just don't seem to understand we will not represent legal/corporate identities on a piece of paper, WE ARE NOT PERSONS AND WILL *NOT* CONSENT TO BE PART OF THEIR "SOCIETY". Anyways, the officers in this video should be proud, and although some things have happened recently to me and my family regarding harassment, we know it is those in charge, not the loving men and women on the front-line. We love everyone like brothers and sisters, and one day, hopefully our Earth will be how God intended, peace and abundance for all! Thanks to all my supporters and those who "fight" for our freedom the right way, the peaceful loving way.

While exercising my common law right to travel, I was harrased and unlawfully detained by the London Police Force. I will be exploring my options, but I think I will certainly bill them for my time and their transgressions. I was released about 3 hours after being detained. I was then able to go and obtain my auto from a police affiliated impound yard for a fee which will also be charged back to the police.

They attached some summons onto my property bag, a court date is set for February 22 2010

SWAT team bars the people from accessing a PUBLIC courtroom. They did not want the people to witness Terry-Nicholas claiming his unalienable rights. They hid the truth behind closed doors. Proof of "de facto government" deception!

Notice in the 3rd video "Freeman Terry-Nicholas In the Court Room", that after Terry states he is the lay representative for TERRY BOUCHARD, it seems like the magistrate abandon the court! asking for a recess.
