Charlie finishes his expose' on the people behind the "We Are Change" organization which has a 32 degree Freemason it's board. Charlie mentions that Luke was accused of using the organizations funds for his college education.

At 38:40 How "We Are Change" was started... The mysterious death of Dan Wallace with four versions of his death. Dan made a film on 9/11 that supposedly no one has ever seen. Dan's original organization was called "NY 911 Truth" for some reason...after his death... the group was renamed "We Are Change".
