Russia's largest file-sharing web site has gone offline at the request of the police - for helping distribute pirated software. It's the first time a website's been closed in the country because of copyright abuse. Andrew Robinson, the head of the Pirate Party in the UK, and Robert Farish, who's the Regional Managing Director of the internet strategy firm the 'IDC Group' in Moscow - discuss the problems of file-sharing.
