Trevor James Constable has devoted over 30 years of his life to developing etheric rain engineering -- without chemicals or electric power of any kind. Professionally, he spent 31 years as a merchant marine radio officer, and also became an internationally respected aviation historian and author. He is the official biographer of Colonel Erich Hartmann of Germany,the greatest fighter pilot of all time,and also of Germany's legendary Adolf Galland,General of the Luftwaffe Fighter Pilots in WWII. Mr. Constable funded his rain engineering research himself, aided since 1989 by George K.C. Wuu of Singapore.
