and i just literally had an engineer walk out the door from my place!
problem sorted with the VDSL card being reset and my twisted pair to the pole changed(it's FTTC)
If my ISP had done this simple task months ago instead of talking shit to me I might have stayed with them instead of moving on 8th May!
