Side 2 - Old radio recording detailing the social situtation in germany between WW1 & WW2 side 2

Side 2 of the tape, originally thought it was from a radio broadcast. I have not listened to this yet, but I assume it starts from where part one left off. I'll listen to this later today and give a description of the content in the comments.
