Schaeffer Cox is an Alaskan who has come up with a very simple, and if implemented en mass, potentially effective means of freeing ourselves from governmental oppression. This meeting was held in Montana, USA, at the Montana Conservative Meeting, December 1st, 2009, Hamilton, Montana.
