Robby plays a 3 minute audio clip of Harvey Pitt on Fast Money commenting on the new bill. He says that the new bill will stunt growth and will hurt the U.S. to compete on the global level. There is no oversight of Freddie and Fannie Mac.

Unemployment there is 12.4 % in May.... 2.7 % higher than the national rate. California is tied with Illinois for the worst credit rating. Welfare programs will be cut by 1.3 million. Oakland despite being close to bankruptcy has over 600 police who make $100,000 a year. Four of them make more than $200,000 .
