There is a documentary out on YouTube, executive produced and uploaded by Michael Moore, called 'Planet of the Humans' which basically says the green movement is unworkable. Particularly wind turbines and solar panels, the alternative energy technologies will not and cannot save the planet, so it's basically a waste of money to invest in them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zk11vI-7czE

We need a radical and revolutionary new alternative energy technology, followed by a massive 'Manhattan-Project-style' rapid development of said new technological breakthrough. Otherwise we're basically fucked on every level anyways, because I still believe there is an enviromental/climate issue happening, that is evident in all of the freak storms, floods, wildfires etc and so on - weather events that have never been witnessed before in recorded history. That's real, whether it is solar related or man-made is, I guess, still up for debate...
