Does this documentary ignore
Does this documentary ignore the fact that the vast majority of plastic in the oceans is from commercial fishing?
Plastic
They may have lightly touched on the commercial fishing nets aspect, but most of it was about microplastics ending up in the food chain (wildlife eating plastic etc) and countries dumping all their garbage in rivers and oceans. There are several different stories involving plastic pollution in the documentary.

Yes
Yes, I watched it last week shortly after uploading it here. It was definitely eye-opening. More people should be watching these types of enviromental documentaries. I think a lot of people avoid them because they know they are a little bit depressing!
