The basis is this:
There is no lawful authority for anyone to say you are 'so and so', or as said on the call, that I am VRB or Mr. B.
‘Lawful authority’ are the key words. Anyone saying you are 'so and so' is making a claim and you asking for their lawful authority is calling them to prove it. So we are not making any claims here.

The fact that we are not the name means we in fact do not receive or own anything.
A BC (birth certificate) is not and was never intended to be personal id (that is supported in the Vital Stats legislation), means it was intended that our energy/credit flow from us to the name. It also means it was never intended we bear the legal liabilities.

This is how we establish that.
It is not what the law says but what it does not say and the registration of birth legislation does not say that a BC is personal id or that the baby shall be named a name. So there is nothing in legislation that supported the ‘belief’ you are the name so and so or that a BC is personal id. They need us to say it and or consent.
At no time did i say to say that is not my name, I said, I am not VRB, the name is VRB.

As for your picture on a driver license it does not alter the fact you & are not the name on it, the name is so and so. Look on the BC, it says name.

In short, we are saying, yes we served mammon/ego, not love, but now we're going to serve God/love which we do by giving freely of ourselves... which we are already doing since we are not the name so and so, but, we have not done that willingly.
We make it known we are doing it willingly by saying, "We are here to serve God/love and I am not VRB the name is VRB, and, not making any claims for damages but letting go of the past."

Our energy/credit then flows from us to and through the name to wherever it goes = paying it forward = no personal benefit or gain = no ownership = no legal liabilities of any sort from any source.

Total freedom from legal mumbo jumbo.
Every new beginning is some other beginnings end.
