Panorama - Jimmy Savile - coverup of a coverup

Apparently, this is the BBC's best attempt at a 'limited hang out', no doubt in consultation with senior UK spookdom.

Allegedly, many people, some of them household names have been implicated in the Jimmy Savile paedophile investigation: Celebrities, BBC staff at all levels, Senior UK Royalty, Rich and Powerful members of the UK Elite (both Government and Business), Intelligence agencies, law enforcement and the legal profession.

Clearly, if this were so, then the scandal might expose unprecedented numbers of immensely powerful and influential people. Such people do not take easily to any possible exposure.

So then, perhaps there have been coverups of possible wrong doing. Such as the suppression of the broadcast of original Newsnight program exposing Savile.

From a cursory analysis of this show, broadcast 22/10/12, the theme seems to be: "let's hang it all on Savile" in a blatant attempt to save face and halt further investigations and enquiry into the matter.

A few other (already exposed) Celebrities are mentioned such as Gary Glitter (Paul Gadd), though the disgraced Jonathan King was conspicuous by the absence of any such mention.

So the message is "it was all Savile. Stop looking. We have done all of your research for you. You can trust us. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain."

The BBC is the propaganda organ of the British Government, whose remit is media control.
