Ozone Gas Con Man Lucas Bovier

This is a short clip from NBC Dateline sometime in the 1990's.

It portrays a con man named Lucas Bovier, a West Point graduate, that had been wanted in FL for practicing medicine without a license and ended up moving his operation overseas to continue his "work" and avoid extradition.

His schtick was ozone gas treatment / therapy. He had convinced many people, amongst many high profile celebrities like Magic Johnson, of the therapeutic value of his "treatments".

An outdated controversy, I know, but those who don't know history are condemned to repeat it.
