Out There TV Episode 211 (2006)

Out There TV has been around for quite a while, probably about 8+ years now. It is an alternative news broadcast based in Nevada, from local satellite channels. Husband and wife Richard and Kate Mucci host the one hour format consisting of a weekly alternative news update, followed by a phone interview with a guest.

The show has been recently renamed to "Matrix News Network".
