Apparently [not seen this yet] it was George "Gimme Refined Poppy" Bush who whilst at the United Nations formal role [and I'm guessing at the CIA at same time] that pushed for this policy with China.
What I've never grasped is that a few years later it goes against the whole upper level WEF type agreements to have CHINA DOMINATE in coming decades and to fuck over the West...?
Maybe this doc will go into that...?
