The only part I disagree with, is that the sun is not good for us. check out the second clip
confirming that Vit D reduces all forms of cancer.

and another good doc. proving that the sun reduces the risk of many types of cancers and hence is good for us (unless of course you are part of the mainstream medical practitioners who think that they know it all, laugh at the thought of deviating from the ‘norm’, yet are too stupid to even cure the common cold, let alone cancer).

In Australia (i assume as with most other western countries) the “Anti-cancer Council” (how orwellian), tells us not only to ‘get out of the sun’, but also to put toxic chemicals on our skin (which do cause cancer). in the hope that this will prevent cancer. These people are really stupid or bought out.
