Obama dictates security to Europe as Bush did.

Romania says it's prepared to host anti-ballistic interceptors as part of a U.S. defense shield in Eastern Europe. The Romanian president Traian Bashescu says the move has been approved by the country's supreme defense council and the plan has been submitted to parliament, for its backing.

Guilietto Chiesa, Italian politician and former member of the European Parliament, says Obama is making the same mistake George Bush made - he's deciding the security of Europe without consulting any European institutions.
