The solution these people talk about is very similar to the solution that people on the imbatman57 community call talk about.

The problem described by people on both the imbatman57 calls and the Not A Citizen calls is that we create a controversy when we claim ownership of THE NAME. THE NAME is created by the government when the birth certificate is filed. So when we go into court and a judge asks us if we're THE NAME and we say yes we've gave the court jurisdiction to settle the matter because we've brought a claim before them by claiming ownership of something the government created. It's all smoke and mirrors after that.
