i was able to snacth it before they took if off
their website. actually, the video itself is still
available on event.on24.com (event 117359) but nist
removed the link from their website and saying that
it will be available tomorrow, 22 august, 2008 at
1pm edt.

and as usual nist didn't explain anything. neither
in their presentation (wtc7 wise) nor on their site
(removing of the link to presentation itself wise)
