You are allowed to use the tracks to your productions, if you ask for permission first and give credit.

The tracks I have made Feat. other artists can only be used for non profit projects, unless we negotiate with the other artists.

Regarding the alarm sound effect. Feel free to use it as you please. No need to ask for permission or give credit for that one.
