A Mindful Choice (2016)

Living in harmony requires a change in consciousness. Two modern monks from New Zealand set out on an international journey to film different kinds of people making the choice for a better life through meditation.

Dancers and writers, stressed entrepreneurs, a patient with cancer, children living in shelters and inmates in a maximum security prison; their stories show us that peace is possible for individuals and communities, and suggests that it is possible for all mankind.
