A collection of six low-quality video files, the only copy I've ever found online of the US Government Hearings on Human Radiation Experiments in '97, where therapist Valerie Wolf and two mind control survivors gave their testimony. The Advocacy Committee for Human Experiment Survivors - Mind Control (ACHES-MC) then put together a video full of interviews/statements from mind control survivors, and sent it to then-president Bill Clinton, Prime Minister Cretien in Canada and many others. Brice Taylor and Kathleen Sullivan can be seen on the video, before their books had come out. (check my torrents for those!)

original info text:

"
Mind control - U.S. government hearings and testimonials from victims. Circa 1997 - These video segments formed a video "letter" sent by ACHES-MC (Advocacy Committee for Human Experiment Survivors - Mind Control) to President Clinton and Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien. Mind control was the subject of the CIA MKULTRA involuntary human experiment and child torture programs and continues to be a part of current day citizen gang stalking and electronic harassment. Two MKULTRA torture subjects and one therapist testify, followed by other victims and professionals:

Therapist Valerie Wolf
Survivor Chris De Nicola
Survivor Claudia Mullen
Video letter - segment 1
Video letter - segment 2
Video letter - segment 3

These segments are helpful to realize the long, sordid history of United States torture of its own citizens, post WW II. This in turn shows that today's citizen gang stalking and electronic harassment has deep historic roots, and is not some recent criminal "fad."

"On July 19, 2000, the Louisiana Board of Social Work Examiners revoked Wolf's license on grounds that she practiced beyond her competence and exploited her clients for personal gain.

Wolf developed cancer and died February 6, 2002 at the age of 54."
