In that sense it isn't really about programming you but it's rather about neutralizing the mind-virus already existing in your mind. Let's look at it as a mental anti-virus program. Of course you may also achieve this with the help of meditation but most of you won't do any meditation anyway. Personally I prefer the methods of Deepak Chopra but different people need different methods.

It's all about pictures and feelings in your soul. This tape doesn't create any picture, the pictures are always created by you. This tape simply helps you to imagine and believe in something that you haven't allowed yourself to believe in - without having been given the permission first by an external authority. As long as you depend on an external authority telling you that you're nothing, you will also depend on an external authority telling you that you're everything. Remember: You don't need any courage, for you ARE courage.

But maybe you just want to stay the way you are. After all true perfection needs no change. You cannot become what you already are.
