Michael Ratner is president of the 1966-founded Center for Constitutional Rights that states its mission as follows:

"to advanc(e) and protect the rights guaranteed by the US Constitution and Universal Declaration of Human Rights."

Ratner is also past president of the National Lawyers Guild and co-hosts his own weekly Law and Disorder program on Pacifica Radio's WBAI in New York.

Barack Obama's Executive Orders on torture and Guantanamo will be discussed, including dim prospects for change from his administration.

Tuesday, March 4th

Richard Cook is an author, consultant, and publisher with interests in public policy, economic and monetary reform, and much else. He's also a former US government analyst and 1986 whistleblower who exposed multiple layers of cover-up after the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster that year.

Cook is a frequent contributor to Global Research. Discussion will focus on his recent writing, including his December 15 article: Bailout for the People, "The Cook Plan."
