An Investigation into alleged failures in maternity care at Nottingham University Hospitals Trust, told through the experiences of a group of families who have campaigned tirelessly to get answers to either the death of their children or to life-changing injuries inflicted on mothers and babies. This is not just the story of a scandal, but also of the toll it has taken on campaigners Jack and Sarah Hawkins to hold those they believe responsible to account.
