Natural habitat loss
Human overpopulation causing natural habitat loss for wildlife and many species to be going extinct is the biggest message of this book and his recent documentary. I don't see how Attenborough and scientists are making this all up. What's the agenda?

As far as I understand the conspiracy theory, the Illuminati are the shadow government, big bankers and elites that allegedly rule the world. And they feel it is necessary to depopulate the world by 70% or something like that, somebody correct me if I am wrong. Instead of sharing world-saving technologies like alternative energy/free energy to replace fossil fuels, "they" will hoard all of that for themselves and just kill off humanity with plagues or a societal collapse. In this view, all of the scientists talking about global warming, climate change and human overpopulation are part of this "Illuminati" and promoting this agenda.
But as far as I can tell, Attenborough's book offers an optimistic vision of the future with solutions that certainly do not include killing off humanity. So I fail to see how he is connected to that conspiracy...
