Larry Sinclair committing suicide?

I just saw this up on Rense.com with very little description. This is allegedly Larry Sinclair taking an overdose of what looks like prescription meds.

I think the format is a little bit strange, it works in gomplayer but I think it might be a gif or something originally. If anyone has any idea what is up with it, let me know.
