All of our problems stem from reconstruction law from the declaration of martial law rule under necessity. Joyce explains 14th amendment ...When the black people were held as slaves, they were known as "chattel" they were chattel mortgages and plantation owners could take out a mortgage based on the labor of their slave. If they could not pay the debt, they would just send their slave over to work off the amount of the debt with the person they borrowed the money from. Joyce mentions case law...chattel mortgages were changed. This is another must listen section...

Pete explains where "Martial Law Rule" comes from. It came in when Lincoln changed everything, we have martial law rule behind a civil government...it is hard to detect by the public because the public still believes we still have a civil government under the old law. Martial law rule acts under 'public law' , so actually it is public necessity . It 'makes sure' that the "King" is always right...it is not the people's law anymore. We are back to the feudal system and the people volunteered for it.

John mentions that people were born into this feudalism and have no clue how they got there.

Joyce mentions that all law is for Government employees. If you are not a legitimate employee of government, the law doesn't apply to you. When you go into the court....subpoena your records of Federal employment. If they say they know who you are...make them prove it.

Jim from Missouri mentions about the two separate systems....and says in part "the republic is still there, but it still has to be repopulated". Pete mentions Article 7 in the Bill Of Rights where is says it cannot be overturned by the U.S. Jim says Superior Court says is a common law court. But Pete says it was changed in the 1930's. Jim gives out a website so that people could understand this better.

Pete says the income tax is for the interest on the U.S. bonds given to the Federal Reserve. Joyce adds that since it is under the "Trading with the enemy act" ...since we are the declared enemy of the bankers...it is your responsibility to pay the tax.

Caller talks about law of necessity and Joyce mentions that the government can't have anything that the people can't have...If the government is functioning under the law of necessity to stay alive...outside of the constraints of the constitution...the people have the exact same right to use the law of necessity to survive as a free society....Pete adds that is where your martial law rule comes in and squeezes you like a bug...

John asks questions if our founders were traitors and if our nation was set up ...to fall later...
