Joyce Rosenwald and Pete Niece are back for their Wednesday visit. Joyce only stayed for 21 minutes, Pete stayed till the end.

Jan 12 ...Barry issued a executive order calling for a Council Of Governors ...this further diminishes the sovereignty of the States and to build a framework for possible martial law. Joyce believes our government is being reorganized. While it includes all the governors of all the states...there will only be a small group consisting of a panel of 12 governors...who will be basically making most of the decisions. This is where people lose control of the government.

Another document called "The Effect Of Federal Status" was issued to federal employees. It tells how to deal with people in government agencies. According to Joyce this government has been reorganized 500 times. And we are about to get a new government.

Roger from Argentina called in. He filed a affidavit to get out of the system in 1992...left the U.S. two years ago....because the 'noose started to tighten'. Roger mentions what the OATH on the passport says and means.

Barry is said to be angry at the governors who are attempting to re-establish their state sovereignty. Some governors are establishing "State Defense Forces" described as State Guard, State Reserve, State Militia's. There is no federal authority over them, and Barry is afraid of the States rebelling over what he is trying to do. People should be contacting their governors and their sheriffs. People should be deputized so that they can carry a gun and and it can't be taken away.

John corrects the caller after caller starts saying some things about Joyce who isn't there to defend herself. Caller tries to make the point that he doesn't want to see anyone else go through what he did.
