A new one called H7N3 are wiping out chicken farms in Mexico, it was also found in Nebraska, Missouri and Ohio. The highly pathogenic avian influenza can affect people, Ann says there is no treatment for it.

SARS virus from 2003 was discussed plus possible connections to new outbreaks? Caller asks for suggestions to avoid viruses and outbreaks. Avoid public places if possible, if you can't then wear a M95 medical mask in public and always wash your hands with foamy soap and even hydrogen peroxide.
